基于京津冀医用耗材联合采购的实施和效果分析探讨

摘　　要：为了降低医用耗材虚高价格,努力减轻患者医疗费用负担,京津冀实施了医用耗材联合采购。北京市所有二级及以上公立医疗机构(不含军队和武警所属医疗机构)自2018年6月30日全面执行了京津冀第一批心内血管支架类、心脏节律管理类、防粘连类、止血类、人工关节类和吻合器类等六类耗材的联合采购。本文以我院为例,阐述了医院在开展此项任务关键环节方面的实施举措,并对执行后6个月的数据进行了分析和效果评价,为医院管理层提供决策依据,有针对性地寻求科学管理手段。In order to reduce the false high price of medical consumables and reduce the burden of patients’ medical expenses, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have implemented the joint procurement of medical consumables. Since June 30, 2018, all secondary and higher public medical institutions in Beijing (excluding those affiliated to the military and armed police) have fully implemented the first batch of joint procurement of six consumables, including endocardial vascular stent, cardiac rhythm management, anti-adhesion, hemostasis, artificial joint and stapler in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Taking our hospital as an example, this paper expounded the implementation measures of the hospital in carrying out the key link of this task, and analyzed and evaluated the data of 6 months after the implementation, so as to provide decision-making basis for hospital management and seek scientific management means.
