摘　　要：目的对呼吸机质量控制检测中发现的难以修复的流量传感器问题进行尝试性修复。方法通过酒精和酶洗的方法,修复流量传感器。结果经质量控制检测,经过修复的流量传感器,符合标准。结论酒精和酶洗的方法可快速有效地修复流量传感器,可提高维护效率,降低维护成本。Objective To repair the flow sensor which was difficult to repair in the ventilator quality control test. Methods The flow sensor was repaired by alcohol and enzyme washing. Results The flow sensor repaired by alcohol and enzyme washing was qualified by quality control. Conclusion Alcohol and enzyme washing methods can quickly and effectively repair flow sensors, which can improve maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
