摘  要:以天然橡胶(NR)为弹性体,松香树脂、石油树脂为增粘树脂,再加入交联剂和防老剂等助剂,制备一种以PET为基材的锂电池胶粘带DG2161,其剥离力为2~3 N/25mm,耐温120℃/2 h不残胶,耐电解液80℃/3 d剥离力无显著变化、不脱胶。A pressure sensitive adhesive tape DG2161 for the lithium battery was prepared by using PET as the substrate, natural rubber(NR) as the elastomer, the rosin resin and petroleum resin as the tackifiers, and adding the crosslinking agent and the anti-aging agent as the additives. Its peeling force was 2~3N/25mm. The temperature resistance passed at 120℃/2h without residue adhesive. There were not any significant peel strength reduction and degumming after resistance-to-electrolyte test at 80℃/3d.
