摘  要:提出了对分合闸速度研究的实验方法:以ATMEL公司生产的ATmega16A型AVR单片机为核心,对10 kV单稳态真空断路器分、合闸进行控制,研究了分合闸速度与充电电压、放电时间、占空比之间的关系。给出了相关硬件设计方法及软件的编程思路,实现了整个实验系统的建设任务。最后做了断路器分合闸性能的相关实验,给出了实验波形与数据,对实验结果进行了分析,检验了控制系统的可靠性。实验装置通过软件编程修改参数,方便灵活,可以用于实验教学及实际生产科研中。An experimental method is put forward to study the speed of circuit breaker.The ATmega16A AVR single chip microcomputer produced by ATMEL is taken as the core to control the opening and closing of the 10 kV vacuum circuit breaker with monostable permanent-magnetic operation system.The relationship between switching speed and charging voltage,discharging time and duty cycle is studied.The related hardware design methods and software programming ideas are given.Finally,the experimental system is realized.The experiment on the performance of the circuit breaker is given,the experimental waveform and data are given,the experimental results are analyzed,and the reliability of the control system is also tested.The experimental device can modify parameters through software programming,it is convenient and flexible,and can be used in experimental teaching and practical production and scientific research.
