摘  要:内弹道实验是高校武器类专业实验教学中不可缺少的环节,由于受实验的危险性、过程的迅速性以及设备成本昂贵的影响,内弹道在实际教学过程中难以开展。以弹丸初速测试和膛压测试两个典型的实验为例,将虚拟现实技术引入传统的内弹道实验,建立了形象、直观的实时虚拟实验场景,通过内弹道仿真解算模拟实际的物理过程,利用Unity3D引擎开发出具有良好的视觉沉浸感和交互性的内弹道虚拟实验系统。经中北大学兵器虚拟仿真实验教学中心的教学实践表明内弹道虚拟实验系统节省了实验经费,提高了实验时间和空间的灵活性,具有较好的实用和推广价值。Interior ballistics experiment is an indispensable link in the experimental teaching of weaponry in colleges and universities. Because of the risk of experimentation,the rapidity of the process,and the high cost of equipment,it is difficult to develop the interior ballistics in the actual teaching process.Taking the two typical experiments of projectile muzzle velocity test and rolling test as examples,the virtual reality technology was introduced into the traditional interior ballistics experiment,and an image and intuitive real-time virtual experiment scenario was established.The actual physical process was simulated through the calculation of interior ballistic simulation.Using the Unity3D engine,an interior ballistic virtual experiment system with good visual immersion and interactivity has been developed.The teaching practice of the Weapons Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Center of North University of China shows that the internal ballistic virtual experiment system saves experimental expenses,improves the flexibility of time and space,and has good practical and promotional value.
