摘　　要：研究生在进入实验室初期普遍存在实验仪器操作能力欠缺、安全意识不强等问题,对于实验仪器的维护和保养缺乏专门知识,由此带来人身安全、设备安全和实验环境安全方面的隐患。如何有效提高学生实验仪器操作能力,降低实验仪器损坏率,确保实验安全,已成为研究生阶段第一个亟需解决的问题。生物科学与工程系实验室针对这一问题进行了探索,建立了一套研究生实验仪器操作与实验安全系统性培训体系,极大提高了研究生操作实验仪器的能力,保证了实验室安全、高效、稳定地运行。Graduate students generally have some issues in the early days of entering the laboratory,such as poor ability of operating experimental instrument,poor awareness of laboratory safety,lack of professional knowledge for maintaining experimental instrument,which lead to great hidden dangers of personal safety,equipment safety and experimental environmental security.How to effectively improve the operating ability of experimental instrument of students,reduce the damage rate of experimental instruments,and ensure the safety of the experiment,has become the first problem to be figured out for the graduate students.To solve this problem,the laboratory of the department of biological science and engineering in Xi'an Jiao Tong University sets up a systematic training system about experimental instrument operation and experiment safety for graduate students,which improves the ability of graduate students to operate experimental instrument,and ensures the laboratory to run safely,efficiently and stably.
