摘　　要：实验室安全与环境管理工作越来越受到重视,通过分析现有实验室集中监控措施对安全与环境监管的有益作用和不足,设计、利用网络摄像机对实验室进行实时的在线监视与控制,通过实际应用体现出其对改善设备安全与环境卫生管理的实际效果,总结出一系列管理制度,包括学生进入实验室的报到制度、针对实验过程的监管制度、实验结束后的验收制度,以及实验室安全直接责任人、实验室和院校各级领导的多级、同步、实时监管制度等,通过分析一段时期的应用过程和经验,提出该技术方法的使用功能尚有更大的发掘空间,是一种简单、便捷和高效的管理措施。Now the laboratory safety and environment management are paid more and more attention.This paper designs and uses Web camera to control and monitor the lab real-timely and online.The insufficiency of centralized monitoring and regulation measures for safety and environmental protection is analyzed.A series of management systems are summarized,including the student registration system for the laboratory,the supervision system for the experimental process,the acceptance system after the experiment,and the multi-level,synchronous and real-time supervision system,and the directly responsibility of leaders of the laboratory and college.Through the analysis of the application process and experience,it is a simple,convenient and efficient management measure,but there is still more space to improve the use function of the technical method.
