摘 要:高校实验室是人才培养和科学研究的主要平台,实验室安全运行是教学科研工作得以顺利开展的重要保障。国内外高校一般都设置了比较完善的安全管理体系和专业的管理队伍,并制定系统严谨的规章制度。但是,一些隐藏的安全隐患问题仅靠制度约束和常规的信息化手段很难完全做到及时发现并实时处理。介绍了一种自主研制的智能监测系统,利用物联网、大数据等信息技术,以机防辅助人防,实时进行实验室违章电器使用、线路老化等安全隐患以及环境安全监测,并能对危急情况进行应急中断处理,通过互联网提醒管理终端,在智能识别用电器的基础上进行精细化管理,达到一定节能效果。该系统在杭州电子科技大学设点试用,使用效果证明了它是现有实验室安全管理工作的有效辅助手段。The laboratory is an important platform for student training and scientific research in universities.Its safety operation is an guarantee for the teaching and researching carrying out smoothly.In general,A relatively perfect security management system and professional management team are set up,and strict systems of rules and regulations are formulated in domestic and foreign universities.However,some hidden security problems are difficult to be found and processed in time,these are only implemented by system constraints and conventional information technology.This paper introduces a self-developed intelligent detection system which uses the Internet of things,big data and other information technology,to assist the personal management.It can detect the violation of regulations,the lines aging problem and environmental safety status and so on timely.In addition,it can deal with the emergency interruption of the crisis,and can also alert the user terminal through the Internet at the same time.On the basis of intelligent identification,the refinement management is carried out to achieve a certain energy saving effect.The system has been put on trial at Hangzhou Dianzi University which proves that it is an efficient auxiliary means for the safety management of laboratory.
