摘  要:为了更好地检测数控机床主轴的热效应,文中依据ISO 230-3国际标准,利用位移传感器、温度传感器、LMS检测仪等设备,针对五轴联动铣车复合加工中心的主轴产品综合性能测试与评价的实际要求,提出了一种测定热效应变形的检测方法,主要检测由主轴旋转引起的温升以及由温升导致的主轴变形,并对检测到的数据进行整理,得到主轴的温度变化和由热效应引起的主轴变形图像,计算出检验心轴端口与80 mm处的X轴最大位置偏差为77μm,Y轴最大位置偏差为106μm。通过传统检测方法API热分析仪测得主轴变形图像,计算出检验心轴端口与80 mm处的X轴最大位置偏差为80μm,Y轴最大位置偏差为117μm。两种方法的X轴最大位置偏差相差3μm,Y轴最大位置偏差相差11μm,相对偏差均低于10%。该方法适用于企业机床主轴热效应的检测。In order to detect the thermal effect of CNC machine tool spindle better,in this paper,according to ISO 230-3 International standard,using displacement sensor,temperature sensor,LMS detector and other equipment,aiming at the five-axis linkage milling combined machining center spindle products comprehensive performance testing and evaluation of the actual requirements,a detection method for measuring thermal effect deformation is proposed.This mainly detects the temperature rise which caused by the rotation of the spindle and the deformation of the spindle which caused by the temperature rise.Callate the detected data,get the temperature change of the spindle and the deformation image of the spindle caused by the thermal effect.It is calculated that the maximum position deviation of the X axis at the center axis port and 80 mm is 77 μm,and the maximum position deviation of the Y axis is 106 μm.By using the traditional detection method API thermal analyzer to measure the spindle deformation image,it is calculated that the maximum position deviation of the X axis at the center axis port and 80 mm is 80 μm,and the maximum position deviation of the Y axis is 117 μm.The difference between the maximum position deviation of the X axis of the two methods is 3 μm,and the difference between the maximum position deviation of the Y axis of the two methods is 11 μm.Both the relative deviationsare are less than 10%.The methed is suitable for the detection of thermal effect of enterprise machine tool spindle.
