摘 要:本文从盘山县旧绕阳河堤防存在的问题入手,通过方案比选,确定了对原有堤防进行加高培厚、迎水侧堤基垂直铺塑(穿堤建筑物堤段采用高压喷射灌浆)和堤坡复合土工膜相结合的综合治理方案,有效提高了堤防抗冲刷能力,工程效果良好。旧绕阳河堤防渗加固工程的实施,进一步完善了当地防洪设施,提高了现状堤防的防洪标准,保障了两岸人民生命财产安全,改善了当地经济发展环境,为地区综合开发和持续发展提供了有力保障。The paper starts with existing questions of old Raoyang River embankment in Panshan County. Comprehensive treatment plan of combining heightening, vertical plastic pavement on upstream dam foundation (high-pressure jet grouting on dike penetration building) and embankment slope composite geomembrane on the original embankment is determined through plan comparison, thereby effectively improving the anti-scouring ability of embankment, and the engineering effect is good. The implementation of the seepage prevention and reinforcement project of the old Raoyang river embankment can further improve the local flood control facilities, raise the flood control standard of the current embankment, guarantee the safety of people's lives and property on both sides of the straits, and improve the local economic development environment, thereby providing strong guarantee for the comprehensive development and sustainable development of the region.
