摘 要:采用紫外可见光分光光度计测量市场上的汽车前挡贴膜对波长在200-1000nm波长范围的光线的透光率。将测量的贴膜样品分成染色膜、陶瓷膜和金属膜三类,分别根据贴膜对太阳光中的紫外线、可见光和红外线的遮挡情况来分析贴膜的防晒、隔热和保护隐私等各项功能,并根据所测量的数据来分析贴膜厂商所宣传的效果。Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer was used to measure the transmittance of vehicle windshield film in the market with light wavelength ranging from 200 to 1000 nm.The film samples were divided into three categories:dye film,ceramic film and metal film.The sun protection,heat insulation and privacy protection functions of the film were analyzed according to the shielding conditions of the film to ultraviolet,visible and infrared rays.The effect of the film adverted by manufacturers was analyzed according to the measured data.
