摘  要:提出了针对多边界电压薄弱区域的电压稳定在线监测方法。首先,基于边界节点利用辐射状等值独立REI(radial equivalent independent)法将电压薄弱区域等效为单个虚拟节点;其次,利用卡尔曼滤波连续实时计算电压薄弱区域外部系统的戴维南等值参数;最后,提出电压薄弱区域的电压稳定裕度指标。该指标可实时在线评估电压薄弱区的电压稳定裕度。通过某省实际电网的电力系统综合分析程序PSASP(power system analysis software package)仿真数据,以及实际故障场景下的相量测量单元PMU(phasor measurement unit)测量数据,计算该区域的电压稳定裕度,结果验证了此方法的可行性和有效性。An online voltage stability monitoring method for a multi-boundary weak area is proposed in this paper. First , radial equivalent independent ( REI ) method is applied to convert the weak area into one fictitious bus equivalently based on buses on the boundary. Then , Kalman filter is applied to continuously calculate the Thevenin equivalent parameters of the external system outside the weak area in real-time. Finally , voltage stability margin indices are proposed , which can online evaluate the voltage stability margin of the weak area in real time. Based on the simulation data of an actual provincial power grid using Power System Analysis Software Package ( PSASP ) and the measurement data of phasor measurement units ( PMUs ) in an actual fault scenario , the voltage stability margin in this area is calculated , and results validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
