摘  要:传统变频控制中,多以PLC的开关量及模拟量控制变频器,无法实现对电机状态的采集,同时也占用PLC外部多数控制点。为了能实现监控电机的各个参数,基于MODBUS-ASCLL协议的通信方式实现三菱FX2NPLC与台达VFD-M系列变频机之间的通信,通过RS-485串行接口进行数据传输,利用上位机监控控制对象的参数。实验结果表明,该控制方式能有效的采集与监控变频器控制参数。In the traditional frequency conversion control, the frequency converter is controlled by the switch quantity and analog quantity of PLC, which can not collect the state of the motor and occupy most of the external control points of the PLC at the same time. In order to realize the monitoring of the parameters of the motor, the communication mode based on MODBUS-ASCLL protocol is used to realize the communication between Mitsubishi FX2NPLC and Delta VFD-M series frequency converters. The data is transmitted through the RS-485 serial interface, and the parameters of the control objects are monitored by the upper computer. The experimental results show that the control method can effectively collect and monitor the control parameters of inverter.
