摘 要:介绍了餐厨垃圾、餐厨废弃油脂定义,论证了餐厨垃圾、餐厨废弃油脂分开管理的必要性;分析了上海市餐厨垃圾、餐厨废弃油脂规范管理经验、运行机制,针对餐厨垃圾、餐厨废弃油脂源头管理、收运和处理管理,提出了相应的建议。The definition of kitchen refuse and waste cooking oil were introduced,and the necessity of separate management of it was demonstrated.The experience and operating mechanism of standard management of kitchen refuse and waste cooking oil in Shanghai were analyzed.Finally,some suggestions for the source management,collection,transportation and treatment of kitchen refuse and waste cooking oil were put forward.
