摘 要:邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(Dimethyl Phthalate,DMP)是工业上使用量最大的塑化剂之一,大量的DMP释放到环境中并长期残留,造成严重污染,威胁人类健康.目前公认的最有效的降解方法是利用微生物的代谢途径将DMP作为碳源进行降解,最终转化为无危害的其它物质.我国的科研学者已经发现具有DMP降解能力的微生物有40余种,包括真核微生物和原核微生物.通过对这些菌种的属水平、降解速率及降解条件对比分析发现,这些DMP降解菌既具有一些共性,也有各自独特的特性.根据这些共性和特性,推测出一些至今未被发现的现象,同时希望对今后DMP降解菌的深入研究提供一定的数据支持.Dimethyl Phthalate(DMP)is one of the most widely used plasticizers in the industry.A large amount of DMP is released into the environment and remained for a long time,causing serious pollution and threatening human health.At present,an effective method for degrading DMP is that microorganisms use DMP as a carbon source to decompose through metabolic pathways and convert it into other harmless substances finally.Researchers have found that more than 40 kinds of microorganisms have DMP degradation ability in China,including eukaryotic microorganisms and prokaryotic microorganisms.By comparing and analyzing the genus level,degradation rate and degradation conditions of these strains find that,these DMP degrading bacteria have some commonalities and some unique characteristics.Based on these commonalities and characteristics,which can speculate on some phenomena that have not been discovered so far,hope that the study will provide some data support for the in-depth study of DMP degrading bacteria in the future.
