产业集群模式下国外体育特色小镇发展经验借鉴——以意大利蒙特贝卢纳小镇为例

摘　　要：体育特色小镇是新时代下我国新型城镇化建设及发展过程中重要的组成部分,同时也是社会转型期下我国的体育产业发展的新形态,建设体育特色小镇是新型城镇化与体育产业相互融合的必然结果。采用案例分析方法、文献资料研究方法等,分析产业集群模式下的蒙特贝卢纳小镇建设和发展成功的经验是:政府与市场协同发展、科技与创新并步前进、竞争与协作的良性并行、中介与协会服务高效、产业空间布局"大分散,小集中"。认为应根据国情需求发展体育特色小镇新模式,形成特色突出与定位明确的新概念和政府支持与市场运作的新平台以及人才培养与提质创新的新战略。The sports characteristic town is an important part of China’s new urbanization construction and development process in the new era. It is also a new form of China’s sports industry development under the social transition period. Building a sports characteristic town is a new type of urbanization and sports industry mutual The inevitable result of integration. Using case analysis methods and literature research methods, the successful experience in the construction and development of Montebelluna town under the industrial cluster model is: the coordinated development of the government and the market, the advancement of science and technology and innovation, and the benign parallelism of competition and cooperation. The intermediary and association services are highly efficient, and the industrial space layout is "largely dispersed and small concentrated". It is believed that the new model of sports characteristic towns should be developed according to the needs of national conditions, forming a new concept with prominent features and clear positioning, a new platform for government support and market operation, and a new strategy for talent cultivation and quality improvement.
