摘  要:采用可靠的测量系统以及数据模拟和试验验证的研究手段,研究了国丰3号高炉冶炼过程各参数的控制,找出影响铁水硅偏差波动的主要因素,分析了焦炭筛分、风温波动、铁口喷溅、烧结矿品位、烧结矿SiO2、喷煤比、综合负荷、生铁含硫量、炉渣碱度等对铁水硅偏差波动的影响。结果表明,煤比、生铁含硫量、炉渣碱度是影响铁水硅偏差波动的根本原因。生产过程中通过对其进行改善,可降低铁水的硅偏差,实现企业的节能降耗。By means of reliable measurement system,data simulation and experimental verification,the control of various parameters in the smelting process of Guofeng No.3 BF was studied,and the main factors affecting the fluctuation of silicon deviation in hot metal were found out.The effects of coke screening,air temperature fluctuation,iron spouting,sinter grade,SiO 2 of sinter,coal injection ratio,comprehensive load,sulphur content of pig iron,slag basicity on the fluctuation of silicon deviation in hot metal were analyzed.The results show that coal ratio,sulphur content of pig iron and slag basicity are the main factors affecting the fluctuation of silicon deviation in hot metal.The silicon deviation of hot metal can be reduced by improving the factors during the production process,and the energy saving and consumption reduction can be realized.
