摘 要:本文提出了一种嵌入式钢结构梁柱节点,其由带拼接板的H型钢柱和普通梁段组成。改变柱上拼接板的厚度,可以控制拼接板处连接刚度的变化,从而利用柱上连接盖的变形进行能量消耗,确保钢结构梁和柱等主要构件不会发生损坏。通过Workbench软件,对模型进行仿真研究,获得了节点处的破坏模式、承载能力和部件应力的变化等,分析了钢柱上翼缘拼接板厚度、腹板拼接板厚度等参数对节点力学性能的影响规律。分析表明:通过合理设计柱上连接板的厚度可以保证节点的承载能力,保证钢结构梁柱等主要部件不受损坏,延长节点的使用寿命,提高节点的延性。In this paper,an embedded steel beam column joint is proposed,which is composed of H steel columns and common beam segments with splice plates. Changing the thickness of the splice board on the steel column can control the change of the stiffness at the splice plate,so as to make use of the deformation of the splice board on the steel column to consume energy,so as to ensure that the main components of the steel structure,beam column and other main components do not destroy. Through the Workbench software,the model is simulated,and the failure mode,the bearing capacity and the change of the stress of the component are obtained. The influence of the thickness of the splice plate on the upper flange of the steel column and the thickness of the web splice plate on the mechanical properties of the nodes is analyzed. The analysis shows that the bearing capacity of the joint can be guaranteed by reasonable design of the thickness of the splice plate on the column,and the failure of the main components,such as the beam and column of the steel structure,can be ensured,and the service life of the joints can be extended and the ductility of the joints can be improved.
