摘 要:针对巴彦淖尔地区新能源快速发展而本地消纳能力不足、外送通道受阻等问题,通过计算分析,提出在宝音太—沙德格、梅力更—吉祥双回解环以及在德岭山—宝音太、前锋—隆兴昌解环2种运行方案,并对2种方案的优、缺点进行了对比分析,确定了符合地区电网特性的运行方案,提出投运德岭山第3台主变压器的建议。该方案优化了地区电网运行结构,可有效解决巴彦淖尔地区新能源和火电相互制约的问题,提高地区新能源送出能力。In view of the contradiction between the rapid development of new energy in Bayannur and the lack of local consumption capacity and the obstruction of outflow channels, by calculation research, two kinds of releasing operation schemes in Baoyintai-Shadege, Meiligeng-Jixiang and Delingshan-Baoyintai, Qianfeng-Longxingchang are put forward. The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are compared and analyzed, then the operation scheme that is in line with the characteristics of the regional power grid is determined. Proposal to put into the third main transformer in Delingshan. Through the study of this scheme, the local regional power grid is optimized, which can effectively solve the problems of mutual restriction between new energy and thermal power in Bayannur, improve the capacity of new energy delivery and the economic operation of the power grid equipment.
