表面活性剂对表面等离子体共振分析的影响

摘　　要：利用等温滴定量热仪对表面活性剂聚山梨醇20的临界胶束浓度进行了分析,并利用表面等离子体共振分析仪分析了表面活性剂聚山梨醇20在分子间相互作用实验中的作用。分别利用添加表面活性剂与不添加表面活性剂的运行缓冲液进行分子间相互作用实验,对传感曲线进行了对比分析。结果表明,聚山梨醇20可以降低样品在管路及芯片表面的非特异吸附从而增强分子间的特异性结合。The critical micelle concentration of the surfactant sorbitol 20 is analyzed by the isothermal titration calorimeter, and the role of the surfactant polysorbitol 20 in the experiment of the intermolecular interaction is analyzed by the surface plasmon resonance analyzer. Molecular interaction experiments are carried out by using running buffers with and without surfactants, and the sensing curves are compared and analyzed. The results show that the polysorbitol 20 can reduce the nonspecific adsorption of samples on the surface of pipes and chips and enhance the specific binding between molecules.
