摘　　要：德国Leica-J11万能膨胀仪,一是仅凭人的视觉读取信号容易引起较大误差,二是其测定温度范围仅限在室温以上。为了弥补目前材料低温膨胀仪数量少以及测试成本昂贵的不足,在该设备的基础上进行了改装。改装后仪器的测试温度范围为80～273K,膨胀系数测定范围为10^(-6)～10^(-5)/K,测量精度达10mm。改装后的仪器能够满足材料低温性能的测试要求。The German Leica-J11 universal expansion instrument is first easy to cause large errors when signals are read only by human vision, and second, its temperature measuring range is only above room temperature. In order to make up for that the number of materials cryogenic dilatometers is small and the cost of testing is expensive, the modification has been made on the basis of this equipment. The testing temperature range of the modified instrument is 80K-273K, the measuring range of expansion coefficient is from 10^-6 to 10^-5 /K and the measuring accuracy is 10 mm. The modified instrument can meet the testing requirements of low temperature properties of materials.
