基于多运输渠道供应商最优订货的研究

摘  要:随着经济全球化的发展,世界开始形成地球村。为了节约成本,越来越多的制造商和零售商选择其他供应商生产或者供应自己需要的零部件。文章在这样的背景下,考虑多运输渠道的供应商最优订货问题。发现供应商可以作出最优的决策,并且获得最大的利润。通过构建一个整数规划的优化问题,利用割平面法得到最优的目标函数的解。最后,分析现实中的实际案例,能够得到供应商的最优决策使其利润最大化。文章的模型有利于供应商解决实际中的问题,其算法是可行的有效的,也为管理者提供了丰富的管理经验。With the development of economic globalization, the world began to form a global village. In order to save costs, more and more manufacturers and retailers choose other suppliers to produce or supply the parts of their needs. Under these circumstances, this paper considers the optimal order quantity of multi-products supplier in multiple-transportation channels. We find that supplier can make the optimal strategy and obtain the maximized profit. In addition, this paper builds an optimization problem of integer programming, the solution of the optimal objective function is obtained by using the cutting-plane method. Finally, we analyze actual management case, then we can obtain the optimal decision of the supplier to maximize his profit. The supplier can benefit from the model in this paper in practice, and the algorithm is feasible and effective, which provides managers some rich management insights in supply chain.
