摘 要:目的:探讨门诊护理过程中风险管理的应用效果。方法:选取某医院2000例门诊就诊患者,随机纳入分组,观察组(n=1000)患者采用风险管理模式,对照组患者(n=1000)按照常规流程开展门诊护理工作,对比两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组就诊患者对护理人员接待服务、风险控制、护理操作等方面满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理风险事件发生率(0.5%)低于对照组(2.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊护理工作中不断强化风险管理,可提高患者就诊满意度,同时减少护理风险,为患者安全就诊提供合理保障。Objective:To analyze the application effect of risk management in outpatient nursing.Methods:2000 outpatients in hospital were divided into two groups by double blind method.The observation group(n=1000)adopted risk management model and the control group(n=1000)carried out outpatient nursing according to the routine process.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction scores of nursing staff reception service,risk control and nursing operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group(0.5%)was lower than that in the control group(2.3%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous strengthening of risk management in outpatient nursing can improve patients'satisfaction,reduce nursing risks and provide reasonable guarantee for patients'safe treatment.
