电子质控核查在护理质量控制中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨电子质控核查在护理质量控制的应用效果。方法:自2016年6月开始,某院神经外科病区护士长及质控护士使用电子质控核查,包括设置核查项目、定期和随机检查、记录电子核查表、护士参与电子质控核查浏览、问题汇总及质控数据分析、多形式反馈汇报,通过改进流程,代替传统的纸质版核查表及方法,实现护理质量控制的持续改进。结果:观察组的护理质量和护士知晓质控管理知识得分均高于对照组。结论:使用电子质控核查进行护理质量管理,进行问题查检、记录、汇总、分布统计及数据分析,清楚准确。全员护士均能参与质量控制,有利于护理质量的持续改进。在现代临床护理管理中推广应用电子质控核查,有利于提高护理质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of quality inspection in nursing quality control.Methods:Since June 2016,our department head nurse and quality-control use quality control inspection,including set up verification program regular and random inspection record verification table nurses participate in electronic lab to check the problem summary and quality controldata analysis form more feedback report,by improving the process,instead of the traditional print version of the checklist and methods,to achieve the continuous improvement of nursing quality control.Results:The nursing quality of the observation group and the score of nurses'knowledge of quality control were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Nursing quality controlinspection,electronic records of nursing quality problem,the problem summary statistics and data analysis of the distribution and clear accurate overall nurse can participate in quality control,is helpful to improve the quality of nursing in popularization and application in modern management of clinical nursing quality control inspection,to improve nursing quality.
