摘　　要：总结1例ECMO辅助双肺移植术后合并急性肾损伤患者的护理经验。ECMO联合CRRT护理、循环监测及液体管理、急性排斥反应预防及治疗、早期康复。患者病情平稳,术后第20天转回胸外科病房继续治疗。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with acute kidney injury after ECMO-assisted double lung transplantation.ECMO combined with CRRT nursing;Circulation monitoring and liquid management;Prevention and treatment of acute rejection;Early rehabilitation.The patient's condition is stable and back to surgical ward for continual treatment 20 days after the operation.
