伐昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹有效性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的运用Meta分析法评价伐昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹的有效性。方法计算机检索Excerpt Medica Database、PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、CNKI、维普数据库(VIP)、万方科技、Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验资料库等数据库,同时筛查纳入文献的参考文献,纳入伐昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹的RCTs,检索时间均从创建至2018年4月。由两名评价员独立评价文献质量、提取资料并交叉核对,并进行方法学质量评价,采用RevMan5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10篇文献,共776例患者,其中治疗组387例,对照组389例。Meta分析结果显示,有效性方面,应用伐昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹组总有效率与对照组相比有显著性差异,总有效率RR=1.19,95%CI(1.06,1.34),止痛时间RR=-1.82,95%CI(-2.67,-0.97),止疱时间RR=-2.19,95%CI(-2.77,-1.62),结痂时间RR=-2.27,95%CI(-2.68,-1.86),差异均有统计学意义。结论根据现有临床结果,联合用药在治疗带状疱疹方面均较单药更具优势。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of valaciclovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin for herpes zoster.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of valaciclovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin for herpes zoster were searched from the following electronic databases:EMbase,PubMed,CNKI,CBM,VIP,Wanfang and the Cochrane Library from establishment to Apr 2018.Quality assessment and data extraction were conducted by two reviewers independently and meta-analysis were performed with RevMan 5.2 software.Results A total of 10 articles were included,including 776 patients.There were 387 patients in treatment group and 389 patients in the control group.The meta-analysis results showed that compared with the control group,the total effective rate was significantly different in valaciclovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin group,the total effective rate[RR=1.19,95%CI(1.06,1.34)],the time of analgesia[RR=-1.82,95%C(I-2.67,-0.97)],the time of stopping herpers[RR=-2.19,95%C(I-2.77,-1.62)],the time of scabbing[RR=-2.27,95%C(I-2.68,-1.86)],the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Based on the present clinical evidence,the meta-analysis results indicate that the treatment efficacy of valaciclovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin is better than single-drug therapy on treating herpes zoster.
