摘　　要：目的对老年糖尿病患者无痛内镜检查中应用安全预警护理流程的作用进行探析。方法以2017年1月—2018年1月在该院接受无痛内镜检查的230例老年糖尿病患者作为观察对象,根据入院先后顺序分成试验组和对照组,各115例;对照组实施常规护理,试验组应用安全预警护理流程,对比分析两组检查不良事件发生情况,并评估患者护理满意度。结果试验组护理后FPG、2 hPG显著低于对照组(P<0.05),护理前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组护理满意度为95.65%,对照组为85.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病患者无痛内镜检查中执行安全预警护理流程,有助于减少检查不良事件发生,确保患者安全,且可提高患者护理满意度。Objective To investigate the role of safety early warning nursing procedures in painless endoscopy in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 230 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus who underwent painless endoscopy in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission,115 cases each;routine nursing was implemented in the control group,the experimental group applied the safety early warning nursing process,and compared the two groups to check the occurrence of adverse events and evaluate the patient's nursing satisfaction.Results FPG and 2 hPG were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).the nursing satisfaction was 95.65%,and that of the control group was 85.22%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of safety early warning nursing procedures in painless endoscopy in elderly patients with diabetes can help reduce the incidence of adverse events,ensure patient safety,and improve patient care satisfaction.
