激励式护理干预对初产妇分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨激励式护理干预对初产妇分娩结局的影响。方法选取80例初产妇作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组40例。对照组实施常规产科护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施激励式护理干预。比较两组的分娩方式,以及自然分娩的疼痛程度与总产程时间。结果两组的分娩方式比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组自然分娩的疼痛VAS评分显著低于对照组,总产程时间显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论激励式护理干预可以有效减轻初产妇分娩时的疼痛程度,缩短总产程时间,是一种保障母婴安全的重要护理措施。Objective To explore the effect of incentive nursing intervention on the delivery outcome of primipara. Methods Eighty cases of primiparas were selected as study objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine obstetric nursing, while the intervention group was given incentive nursing intervention on the basis of routine obstetric nursing. The mode of delivery, and pain degree and duration of total labor of natural delivery were compared between the two groups. Results No statistical difference was found between the two groups in the mode of delivery (P >0.05). The pain VAS score of natural delivery of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the duration of total labor was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Incentive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the pain degree of delivery in primiparas, and shorten the duration of total labor, which is an important nursing measure to ensure maternal and child safety.
