手部烧伤患者整形术后应用人性化护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手部烧伤患者整形术后应用人性化护理的临床效果。方法选取我院60例手部烧伤整形手术患者作为研究对象,按入院顺序分为两组。2014年2月至2016年1月间收治的29例患者为对照组,提供常规护理; 2016年2月至2018年2月间收治的31例患者为观察组,在常规护理基础上给予人性化护理。比较两组的术后疼痛程度、手部功能评分及护理满意度。结果术后1 d,两组患者的VAS疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3 d、 5 d,观察组的VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。护理前,两组患者的手部功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的手部功能评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组的86.21%(P <0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于手部烧伤患者整形术后效果显著,能有效减轻疼痛,促进患者手部功能的康复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing after plastic surgery in patients with hand burn. Methods 60 cases of hand burn patients with plastic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups according to the admission order. 29 cases from February 2014 to January 2016 were set as the control group, and all cases received regular nursing;31 cases from February 2016 to February 2018 were set as the observation group, and all cases received humanized nursing on the basis of regular nursing. The postoperative pain degree, score of hand function and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results One day after surgery, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the VAS pain score (P >0.05);3 d and 5 d after surgery, the VAS pain scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P <0.05). Before nursing, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the score of hand function (P >0.05);After nursing, the score of hand function of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 100.00%, significantly higher than 86.21% of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Humanized nursing applied after plastic surgery in patients with hand burn has significant efficacy, which can effectively relieve pain, and promote the recovery of hand function of patients.
