摘  要:为了判定某高硫矿山的炸药自爆危险性,采用可变模糊集理论对矿山中的黄铁矿含量、装药时间等8个影响炸药自爆的因素进行评价。根据可变模糊评价模型确定指标评价区间矩阵I_(ab)、可变范围评价区间I_(cd)和点值矩阵M,利用熵权法确定各影响因素权重,并根据指标特征值x_(ij),M_(ih)得到综合相对隶属度矩阵,结合判断准则得出该矿山炸药自爆危险性等级。研究结果表明:该矿山的炸药自爆危险等级为Ⅱ级,自爆危险性一般,与实际生产情况相符,可变模糊集理论在评价炸药自爆危险性时具有有效性。In order to determine the self-explosion risk of explosives in a high-sulfur mine,eight factors influencing the self-explosion of explosives including the pyrite content in the mine,charging time and other factors were evaluated by using the variable fuzzy sets theory.The index evaluation interval matrix I ab,the variable range evaluation interval I cd and the point value matrix M were determined according to the variable fuzzy evaluation model,and the weights of each influencing factor were determined by using the entropy weight method.The comprehensive relative membership matrix was obtained according to the index characteristic values xij and Mih,then the risk grade of self-explosion of explosives in this mine was obtained by combining with the judgment criteria.The results showed that the risk grade of self-explosion of explosives in this mine was grade II,namely the general risk,which was consistent with the actual production situation.The variable fuzzy sets theory is effective in the evaluation on the self-explosion risk of explosives.
