前壁切除后局部打包加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨前壁切除后局部打包加压在耳廓假性囊肿临床治疗中的应用价值。方法:选择在我院就诊的耳廓假性囊肿患者55例,随机分为观察组(28例)与对照组(27例),观察组患者接受前壁切除后局部打包加压治疗,对照组患者接受囊肿抽液联合平阳霉素治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为96. 43%,高于对照组的74. 07%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者治疗后总并发症发生率为7. 14%,低于对照组的28. 57%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者治疗后囊肿复发率为0、耳廓畸形发生率为3. 57%,低于对照组的14. 29%与22. 22%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:前壁切除后局部打包加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿的效果确切,改善了患者临床症状,促进了患者软骨组织恢复。Objective:To investigate the value of local packing and compression in the treatment of auricular pseudocyst after anterior wall resection.Methods:A total of 55 patients with auricular pseudocysts who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (28 cases) and control group (27 cases).The anterior wall was resected and partially packed with compression therapy.The control group received cystic fluid combined with pingyangmycin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than that of the control group (74.07%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ).The total complication rate of the observation group was 7.14% after treatment,which was lower than that of the control group (28.57%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of cysts in the observation group was 0.00%,and the incidence of auricular malformation was 3.57%,which was lower than that in the control group (14.29% and 22.22%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of partial packing and compression on the treatment of auricular pseudocyst after anterior wall resection is effective,which improves the clinical symptoms of patients and promotes the recovery of cartilage tissue.
