优质护理联合精细化护理管理在慢性阻塞性疾病加重期患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理联合精细化护理管理对慢性阻塞性疾病加重期(AECOPD)患者自我感受负担、治疗配合度、护理满意度及呼吸功能的影响。方法:选择2016年2月至2017年12月期间医院收治的AECOPD患者96例,依据其护理干预方式分组,其中48例接受优质护理(对照组),另48例接受优质护理+精细化管理(观察组),观察比较两组患者护理效果,包括护理满意度、治疗配合度、自我感受负担、呼吸功能等。结果:观察组护理满意度95. 83%、配合度93. 75%均高于对照组的75%、66. 67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。干预后,观察组SPBS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。干预后,两组患者PaO_2、SaO_2均有提高,PaCO_2水平有下降,观察组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:治疗AECOPD疾病时,在优质护理基础上给予精细化护理管理,病症缓解程度更为明显,显著降低其自我感受负担,改善并维持良好护患关系,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effects of quality nursing combined with refined nursing management on self-perception burden,treatment cooperation,nursing satisfaction and respiratory function in patients with chronic obstructive disease exacerbation (AECOPD).Methods:Ninety-six patients with AECOPD admitted to the hospital from February 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled according to their nursing interventions,48 of whom received quality care (control group) and 48 received quality care + refined management (Observation group),observe and compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients,including nursing satisfaction,treatment cooperation,self-feeling burden,respiratory function and so on.Results:The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 95.83%,and the degree of cooperation was 93.75%,which was higher than 75% and 66.67% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the SPBS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,PaO2 and SaO2 were increased in both groups,while PaCO2 levels were decreased.The observation group was more obvious than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:It is recommended to provide refined nursing management on the basis of quality nursing when treating AECOPD diseases.The degree of symptom relief is more obvious,which significantly reduces the burden of self-feeling,improves and maintains a good relationship between nurses and patients,and is worth promoting.
