摘　　要：根据霍林河北露天煤矿开采条件和开采现状,对剥离半连续系统开采工艺进行研究,从工艺合理的投入时机、半连续系统完成的剥离量及半连续系统布置情况进行论证,从技术可行和经济合理角度进行比选,最终确定剥离半连续系统的可行性,有效地降低生产成本,达到以电代油的目的。According to the mining conditions and status in Huolinhe North Open-pit Coal Mine,the article researches stripping semi-continuous mining technology,analyzes from reasonable use of time,complete stripping amount and arrangement condition,carries on the comparison through technically feasible and economically reasonable,and finally determines the feasibility of stripping semi-continuous system,effectively reduces the production cost,which achieves the purpose of electricity instead of oil.
