摘　　要：在整村整社征地方式的特殊背景下,提出了外排土场境界确定新方法,实现了降低露天煤矿外排土场征地费用,节约土地资源的目的。阐述了魏家峁露天煤矿外排土场现状,介绍了整村整社征地方式,分析了影响外排土场征地费用的因素,因地制宜提出以村界为外排土场境界划定境界的新方法,在确保安全的基础上增大内排土场容量的方法,节省了巨额征地费用。Under the background of the whole village land expropriation,the article presents a new method of determining the boundary of external dump,which has realized the purpose of reducing the cost of land expropriation in the external dump of the open-pit coal mine and saving land resource.This article expounds the present situation of the external dump in Weijiamao Open-pit Mine,introduces the way of land expropriation in the whole village,analyzes the factors of affecting the cost of the land expropriation in the external dump,and puts forward a new method of delimiting the realm in the external dump,which increase the method of the inner dump capacity and save great cost of land expropriation.
