摘  要:传统放卷机机械装置手动控制系统工作效率低、生产成本高。六卷放卷机卷芯气动控制系统根据气动控制技术原理,将卷芯传统手动控制机械装置升级为气动控制系统。气动控制系统能快速控制放卷机卷芯完成顶紧、松开等动作,灵活地控制放卷机卷芯左右移动。六卷放卷机卷芯气动控制系统具有操作灵活、生产效率高、生产成本低和劳动强度不高等优点,应用范围广,实用性强,具有很高的推广价值。The manual control system of the traditional unwinder mechanical device has low work efficiency and high production cost. The six-volume unwinder core pneumatic control system upgrades the traditional manual control mechanism of the core to a pneumatic control system according to the principle of pneumatic control technology. The pneumatic control system can quickly control the unwinding machine core to complete the action of tightening and loosening, and flexibly control the left and right movement of the unwinder core. The six-volume unwinder core pneumatic control system has the advantages of flexible operation, high production efficiency, low production cost and low labor intensity. It has a wide application range, strong practicability and high promotion value.
