摘  要:机床床身、立柱、横梁与滑座等零件是各部件运动的基础保障,对机床部件运动精度有很大影响作用。导轨作为机床关键部件,主要起导向和支撑作用,导轨分为静导轨和动导轨,最常见的是动导轨,导轨精度也是影响机床精度的关键要素。针对机床导轨精度测量方法进行研究,旨在提高机床导轨精度,促进我国加工行业快速发展。Parts such as machine bed, column, beam and slide are the basic guarantee for the movement of various components, which have a great influence on the motion accuracy of machine components. As a key component of the machine tool, the guide rail mainly serves as a guide and support. The guide rail is divided into a static guide rail and a movable guide rail. The most common one is the movable guide rail. The accuracy of the guide rail is also a key factor affecting the accuracy of the machine tool. Research on the accuracy measurement method of machine tool guides is aimed at improving the precision of machine tool guide rails and promoting the rapid development of China’s processing industry.
