摘  要:高速电机损耗的主要组成部分是定子绕组铜耗,若电机定子绕组铜耗高,将导致电机绕组发热严重、电机使用寿命短。为此,提出一种新的电机定子槽数与绕组线圈的搭配方案,依据给定的技术指标,运用Ansoft/Maxwell2D建立了一台高速永磁同步电机的二维有限元仿真模型,对其性能进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,电机定子槽数、尺寸与绕组线圈的搭配可影响定子绕组损耗,其中槽数与导线线径影响最大;其次,电机定子槽数、尺寸与线圈的合理搭配可显著降低定子绕组损耗,提高电机性能,上述研究结果为电机结构设计降低定子损耗提供参考依据。Stator winding copper loss is the main component of high-speed motor loss.The high motor stator winding copper loss would result in heating of motor winding and the decrease of the motor operational life.To solve the problem,a new combination of stator slot numbers and winding wires was presented.A 2D finite element analysis model of a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor was established with Ansoft/Maxwell2D on the given technical indicators,and the motor performances were simulated.The simulated data indicate that the stator winding loss was affected by stator slot number,size and winding coil combination,among which the slot number and wire diameter influenced the most.Secondly,reasonable matching of slot number,size and coil matching significantly decreased the copper loss of stator winding and improved the motors'performance.This findings provide reference for copper loss reduction in motor designing.
