摘 要:当前我国制造业正面临转型升级,社会各个领域对机械设备的性能有了更高的要求。将计算机、信息技术、电力电子技术在机械设备领域的广泛应用,极大地提高了机械设备的自动化化、智能化水平,降低机械设备在运行过程中的故障,提高机械设备的可靠性。本文主要分析了机械设备电气自动化技术、电气自动化机械设备存在的问题,以及基于智能化的机械设备电气自动化技术的具体应用。At present,China’s manufacturing industry is facing transformation and upgrading,and all aspects of society have higher requirements for the performance of mechanical equipment.The wide application of computer,information technology and power electronics technology in the field of mechanical equipment has greatly improved the automation and intelligent level of mechanical equipment,reduced the failure of mechanical equipment during operation,and improved the reliability of mechanical equipment.This paper mainly analyzes the problems of electrical automation technology of mechanical equipment,electrical automation machinery and equipment,as well as the specific application of intelligent automation technology based on mechanical equipment.
