摘  要:本文介绍了安钢二炼轧厂在冶炼10ppm级超低硫钢冶金控制工艺中关键点,主要通过采用生产实例对整个工艺流程进行剖析,如转炉入炉原材料的管理及控制,LF炉深脱硫氛围的形成等,查找工艺控制中存在的不足,优化生产工艺,最终摸索出一套生产超低硫钢的实际控制流程,并总结出其中的关键点。In this paper,the key points in the metallurgical control process of smelting 10ppm level ultra-low sulfur steel in Angang Steel,No.2 Refining and Rolling Mill was introduced.By using the production examples,such as the management and control of raw materials in converter,strong desulfurization in LF furnace,formation of the atmosphere,etc,the whole process was analyzed,so the shortcomings in the process control was found out,and the production process was optimized,and finally a set of actual control process for the production of ultra-low sulfur steel was explored.
