摘  要:本文针对生产过程中中间包渣进入结晶器的现象,简要分析了其产生原因及其对结晶器保护渣性能的影响。结果表明,中间包覆盖渣被卷入结晶器与保护渣混合后,会引起结晶器保护渣碱度升高,传热能力降低,润滑性能恶化;由此导致坯壳在结晶器内的凝固行为发生变化,坯壳表面出现重皮和渗漏现象。According to the phenomenon that tundish slag entered the mould in the production process,its causes and influence of slag from tundish on properties of flux in mould were briefly analyzed.The result showed that after being mixed with tundish slag the basicity of mould flux was increased and the heat transfer ability of the flux was reduced as well as the lubrication property of the flux was deteriorated.It caused that the solidification behavior of stand shell in mould varied and double skins and tearing leakage were observed on the slab surface.
