基于PPT战略的乡村生态旅游扶贫研究——以汨罗市玉池山村为例

摘　　要：湖南省汨罗市玉池山村是汨罗扶贫攻坚的主战场,其生态资源丰富、环境优美、地理位置优越,具有发展乡村生态旅游的巨大优势。针对玉池山村发展乡村旅游基础设施落后、人力资源不足、资金不到位等问题,基于PPT战略,可以从贯彻全域旅游、引进人才技术、完善设施、创新旅游扶贫模式入手,为当地找到发展乡村生态旅游的新模式,打造具有可持续性和推广效益的脱贫模式。Mount Yuchi village of Miluo city in Hunan province,is the main battlefield for poverty alleviation in Miluo city,which is enriched by ecological resources,beautiful environment and superior geographical position that has great advantages in developing rural ecological tourism.In view of the backward development of rural tourism infrastructure,insufficient human resources and inadequate funds in Mount Yuchi,based on the PPT strategy,we can find a new approach to develop rural eco-tourism for Mount Yuchi by carrying out global tourism,introducing talents and technology,improving facilities and innovating the poverty alleviation model of tourism,aiming at getting rid of poverty with sustainability and efficiency model.
