城市公园公众参与模式研究——以深圳香蜜公园为例

摘　　要：市民是城市的主人,城市的建设管理离不开公众的力量。在当前城市生态环境严重退化、生态空间不断被侵蚀的严峻形势下,深圳以建设国际化城市为发展目标,不断探索公众参与城市公园建设管理事务的新方法。阐述了公众参与对城市公园发展的意义,通过研究国内外公众参与的理论及实践经验,结合建设管理香蜜公园的工作实践,总结目前中国城市公园公众参与存在的突出问题,通过介绍公众参与香蜜公园建设管理全过程的经验,分析总结香蜜公园公众参与模式和具体措施,为推动我国城市公园发展提供参考。Citizens are the masters of city,and city construction and management cannot be separated from the public.Under the severe situation that the current urban ecological environment is seriously degraded and the ecological space is continuously eroded,Shenzhen takes the construction of an internationalized city as its development goal and continuously explores and promotes public participation in the construction and management of urban parks.It expounds the significance of public participation in the development of urban parks.By studying the theory and practical experience of public participation at home and abroad,combined with the work practice of building and management of Honey Park,it summarizes the prominent problems of public participation in urban parks in China,and introduces the experience of public participation in the whole process of the construction and management of Honey Park in Shenzhen.It analyzes and summarizes the public participation model and specific measures of Honey Park,to provide reference for promoting the development of urban parks in China.
