摘　　要：在微观社会资本"源头"逐渐成为研究前沿的背景下,对中国转型期农民工社会资本形成机制和影响因素的研究更显重要。本文结合个人社会网络的主要特征,构建了农民工社会资本的动态投资模型。理论模型的结果显示,个人人力资本水平对社会资本流量和存量均有正向影响;迁移概率和社区专用性则对社会资本流量和存量有负向影响。基于北京市农民工调查数据和工具变量的经验分析基本支持模型结论,但不同因素对以"质"或"量"度量的社会资本,以及对新增社会资本存量或流量影响的显著性有所不同。本文为中国城市化进程中制订促进农民工社会资本形成的政策提供了较为稳健的理论框架和经验依据。The origin of social capital has gradually become a source of first-line exploration and research,highlighting its importance in understanding the formation mechanism and the factors influencing rural-urban migrant workers’social capital in the transition period in China.Combining the main characteristics of the individual social network,we develop a dynamic model with human capital to investigate the investment mechanism of rural-urban migrant social capital.We find that on the optimal path the level of human capital has a positive effect on both the flow and stock of individual social capital,but the high migration probability and the strong community specificity produce a negative effect on both.By using rural-urban migrant survey data collected in Beijing and instrumental variables with 2SLS and GMM,we find that the evidence essentially supports the theoretical results of our model.However,the effects of the factors differ under different measures of social capital based on“quality”or“quantity”,and there are also significant differences produced by these effects on the new stock or flow of social capital.This paper provides a robust theoretical and empirical basis for policy-making on promoting the social capital formation of migrant workers during the fast urbanisation of China.
