摘　　要：金融监管中的大数据应用在"互联网+"时代面临巨大的机遇与挑战。本文提出应用共享与公开数据辅助政府决策的模型框架,以上海自贸区保税区域P2P企业风险监测的实践为例,分析数据采集、数据治理和人工智能在推进金融监管工作上的作用,提出五位一体监管理念,数据来源多样化,数据治理引导数据资产化的发展建议。Application of big data in finance monitoring is faced with opportunity and challenge in the age of“Internet+”era.This research proposes a framework applying shared and open data to assist government strategy.Based on the practice of enterprise risk monitoring in Shanghai Free Trade Area,this paper also analyzes the role of data collection,data governance and artificial intelligence in promoting finance supervision,and proposes suggestions of“five-in-one”supervision guidance,multiple data source and data capitalization led by data governance.
