摘  要:以均匀泊松模型作为地震发生概率模型,考虑震级和震源距的影响,探讨地震作用概率分布模型,给出其危险性曲线公式;根据我国近50年地震记录,采用不同方法对地震作用的极值分布参数进行估计;基于等超越概率原则,给出了不同后续使用年限结构的50设计基准期等效超越概率和地震作用计算公式;以现行规范为基准,给出了不同后续使用年限结构的地震作用折减系数计算方法及其建议取值。研究结果表明:地震作用概率分布属于极值Ⅱ型分布;在相同后续使用年限条件下,各设防水准对应的地震作用折减系数值相同。本研究匹配现行规范,为既有结构抗震鉴定加固研究及设计提供有益参考。The earthquake generation model was established based on the Homogeneous Poisson Process,the probability distribution of earthquake action was discussed with the influence of magnitude and focal distance,then seismic hazard curve formulas of peak ground acceleration( PGA) were obtained. Different methods were employed to estimate the extreme distribution parameters of earthquake action based on the seismic record in recent 50 years.Based on the equal exceeding probability principle,the calculation formulas was proposed to calculate exceeding probability of assessment intensities,while the exceeding probability based on the design reference period( 50 years). Based on the continuous seismic service life,an available approach according to current code was proposed to modify the corresponding earthquake action. The results have shown that: the probability distribution of earthquake action was embodied by Extreme Value Type Ⅱ. Under the same continuous seismic service life,the reduction coefficient is the same for different seismic fortification levels. The research match the current code and it also has reference for research and design of seismic appraisal and reinforcement for existing structures.
