摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定五酯胶囊中五味子酯甲、五味子酚、五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子丙素的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C18柱(15μm,250 mm×4. 6 mm,Agilent),流动相为水-乙腈(梯度洗脱),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为35℃,进样量为20μL,运行时间为30分钟,后运行15分钟。结果:五味子酯甲、五味子酚、五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子丙素检测质量浓度线性范围为20. 00～320. 00、4. 00～64. 00、20. 00～320. 00、0. 40～6. 40、0. 50～8. 00μg/mL (R^2=0. 9998、0. 9999、0. 9998、1、0. 9999);重复性试验的RSD <2. 0%;加样回收率分别为84. 80%～88. 98%、100. 31%～104. 82%,94. 61%～96. 47%,98. 54%～102. 15%,91. 62%～96. 56%,RSD分别为1. 73、1. 42、0. 62、1. 09、1. 81 (n=6)。结论:该方法操作简单、准确性高、重复性好,可用于同时测定五酯胶囊中五味子酯甲、五味子酚、五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子丙素的含量。Objective:Simultaneous determination of schisandrin,schisandol,schisandrin,schisandrin B,and schisandrin-propyline in five ester capsules.Methods:Using high performance liquid chromatography.The column is an Eclipse XDB-C18 column(15μm,250 mm×4.6 mm,Agilent),the mobile phase is water-acetonitrile(gradient elution),flow rate was 1 mL/min,detection wavelength was 230nm,and column temperature is 35℃.Sample volume is 20μL,running time is 30 minutes,15 minutes after running.Results:The linear ranges of detection concentrations of schisandrin,schizandrol,schisandrin,schisandrin B,and schisandrin propyl alleine are 20.00 to 320.00,4.00 to 64.00,20.00 to 320.00,0.40 to 6.40,and 0.50 to 8.00μg/mL(R^2=0.9998,0.9999,0.998,1,0.9999);RSD<2.0% for reproducibility;sample recovery was 84.80%to 88.98%,100.31% to 104.82%,94.61% to 96.47%,98.54% to 102.15%,respectively 91.62% to 96.56%,RSD were 1.73、1.42、0.62、1.09、1.81(n=6).Conclusion:The method has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and good reproducibility,and can be used to simultaneously determine the contents of schisandrin,schizandrol,schisandrin,schisandrin B,and schisandrin-propyline in the pentaester capsules.
