苏黄止咳胶囊联合马来酸氯苯那敏片治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察苏黄止咳胶囊联合马来酸氯苯那敏片治疗感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法:将医院肺病科诊治的44例感染后咳嗽患者随机平均分为对照组和治疗组各22例。对照组予以马来酸氯苯那敏片口服,治疗组予以苏黄止咳胶囊联合马来酸氯苯那敏片口服,10天后评价临床效果。结果:对照组的总有效率为68. 2%,治疗组的总有效率为90. 9%,两组效果差异比较,具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:应用苏黄止咳胶囊联合马来酸氯苯那敏片治疗感染后咳嗽效果可靠。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Suhuang zhike capsule combined with chlorphenamine maleate tablets in treating the postinfectious cough.Methods:44 patients with postinfectious cough were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,22 cases in each group.The control group was given to chlorphenamine maleate tablets and the treatment group was given to Suhuang zhike capsule combined with chlorphenamine maleate tablets.The clinical effect was evaluated after 10 days of treatment.Results:The total efficiency of the control group was 68.2%and the treatment group was 90.9%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Suhuang zhike capsule combined with chlorphenamine maleate tablets in treating the postinfectious cough is reliable.
