摘　　要：目的:分析导乐球联合自由体位在初产妇分娩过程中的应用效果评价。方法:将2017年5月至2018年5月上高县人民医院收治的初产妇100例随机分为对照组和实验组,每组50例,对照组给予常规分娩,实验组给予导乐球联合自由体位分娩。结果:两组产妇分娩疼痛情况的对比,实验组的疼痛程度明显比对照组低两组产妇分娩时间对比,实验组第一产程、第二产程和总产程时间都比对照组时间少。结论:导乐球联合自由体位在初产妇分娩过程中有显著的效果,可以提高自然分娩率,减轻产妇的疼痛感,缩短产程时间,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the application effect evaluation of doula ball combined with free posture in the delivery process of primipara.Method:A total of 100 cases of primipara admitted to our hospital from may 2017 to may 2018 were randomly divided into test and control group,50 patients in each group.The control group received traditional supine delivery and the test group received the doula ball midwifery with the liberal position of doula midwifery.Results:The pain intensity in test group is much lower than that in control group by comparing the labor pain of these two groups.As for the delivery time,the first stage,second stage and total stage of the test group is shorter than the control group.Conclusion:Doula ball combined with free position delivery primipara shows remarkable effect,it can significantly improve the rate of natural childbirth,reduce postpartum labor pain and shorten labor time,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
