摘 要:流化床锅炉风帽在高温下运行常发生腐蚀和磨损,为此,通过添加多种合金元素的方法研制出了用于制作风帽的新型耐磨、耐蚀高温合金CH1和CH2。对新研制的高温合金采用涂抹腐蚀剂的方法进行了1 000℃×100 h的高温腐蚀试验,并与25-20合金和316钢的耐高温腐蚀性能作了比较。采用金相检验、X射线衍射、能谱分析等方法研究了CH合金的显微组织及其氧化膜成分。结果表明:CH1和CH2合金的耐高温腐蚀性能分别是25-20合金的3倍和4. 3倍,远优于316钢,其复合氧化膜主要由Cr_2O_3和Fe+2Cr_2O_4组成。Nozzle button of fluidized bed boiler is frequently corroded and worn due to its operating in high-temperature environment. For this reason , new type of wear- and corrosion-resistant superalloys CH1 and CH2 which may be used for the nozzle button were developed by alloying with several different elements. The newly developed superalloys were subjected to high -temperature corrosion test at 1 000 C for 100 h after daubing corrosive agent on the specimens , and were compared with 25-20 alloy and 316 steel in high-temperature corrosion resistance. Their microstructure and oxide film components were investigated by metallographic test , X-ray diffraction , and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results showed that high-temperature corrosion resistance of the superalloys CH1 and CH2 was respectively 3 and 4. 3 times as high as that of 25-20 alloy , considerably superior to that of 316 steel , and that their oxide film was mainly composed of Cr2O3 and Fe + 2 Cr2O4.
