摘  要:目的以长白山地区刺五加根为材料,采用响应面分析法优化刺五加总苷超声波提取工艺。方法以提取工艺中料液比、乙醇体积分数和超声波处理时间为考察参数,以香草醛-高氯酸显色法测定的提取率为评价指标,利用Box-Behnken响应面法分析超声波提取刺五加总苷的最佳条件。结果超声波提取刺五加总苷的最佳工艺参数为液料比1∶34 g/m L,乙醇体积分数72. 06%,超声波处理时间63. 40 min。结论响应面法优化刺五加总苷的超声波提取工艺合理可行,有效提高了提取率,为刺五加总苷的深入研究奠定基础。Objective Total glycosides were extracted from the root of Acanthopanax senticosus grown in the Changbai Mountain area by using ultrasonic extraction technology,and this process was optimized by response surface methodology (RSM). Methods In the extraction process,liquid to material ratio,alcohol volume fraction and ultrasonic treatment time were selected as study parameters,and the extraction rate was determined by color development reaction with vanillin and perchloric acid,the optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total glycosides from Acanthopanax senticosus were analyzed by Box-Behnken response surface. Results Optimum process parameters for ultrasonic extraction of total glycosides from Acanthopanax senticosus were:liquid to material ratio was 1∶34 g/mL,ethanol volume fraction was 72.06%,and ultrasonic treatment time was 63.40 min. Conclusion The RSM is reasonable and feasible for optimizing the ultrasonic extraction techniques on total glycosides of Acanthopanax senticosus ,which effectively improved the extraction rate.It provides a basis for further study on total glucosides of Acanthopanax senticosus .
